So my friends and I were talking the other day, and none of us knew where our vaginas were until we had actually gotten our periods. We didn't even know that hole existed there... I was just wondering if something similar happened to y'all.

Anyone else?

Not exactly. When I was 11, I was in school when I learned about us girls having a period. The woman who was talking to us had a diagram of the female reproductive system. She pointed to the vagina and said we would bleed from there. She even showed us how to insert a tampon using the diagram. So, I knew we had a hole down there, but I never bothered trying to find the opening. That is, until I got fed up with pads and switched to tampons later in life.

I personally learned where a vagina was (including the clitoris) when I was 8 (I'm a man btw).
I've always been fascinated by sexual anatomy, health, and activities since I read my first book on it at around 8. Since then, I've learned quite a wealth of knowledge on the subject.

Just like everyone else, I suppose.

I learned about a year and a half before I got my period. When the nurse came and talked to the 5th grade girls and we watched the movie and talked.

This post is deleted!

They are talking about girls not knowing this about their own body though.

Yeah... It's a little different when you realize that there's a whole 'nother part of your body that you never realized you had.... I mean, I got sex ed and everything, I just really didn't understand it at all.

No sir! The guy in my pic is an American comedian (Steve Carell) in one of my favorite comedy movies, The 40-Year-Old Virgin.
