Ok, 18 year old male, and apparently a bit late in realising the need to retract the foreskin etc. Anyway since yesterday I have just started retracting the foreskin. However I have a couple of problems. The Frelum (I know that's not spelt right) is tight and it kinda prevents me from fully retracting it (below the glands) as it sort of twists. This is flaccid btw, I've only been able to retract it when about 60% errect, anymore and I can't.Basically, I'm just wondering whether the frelum will become more slack, or do I have a problem? Thanks.

Foreskin issue

Not a problem bud, it'll just take some time for it to loosen a bit. The frenulum can sometimes be a bit tight and prevent us from retracting too far. However, since you're just starting to really retract..its a bit tight and will be until you've worked with it more. Be careful not to stretch it too far as it can tear some if you're not careful. However, everytime you retract your foreskin just try to ease it down a bit more, this minor stretching and pulling on the frenulum will probably loosen it up a bit to allow for easier movement. Good luck with the stretching and work with it consistently, you'll be glad you're able to retract that foreskin as the head of your penis will be incredibly pleasureable to you during masturbation and sex. Be aware though...at least initially the head of your penis may be super sensitive to touch..expose it to direct touch and stimulation as often as you can and this will help it be less sensitive. Let us know if you need more help, please feel free to ask any questions!

Thanks Lance. I seem to have made a little progress today, atleast when Flaccid and the Frenulum seems to be slightly more slack. Errect, it's still to tight though. I hope I don't have Phismosis. And this may be a stupid question, but how far do I retract it? Will the Frenulum have a maximum stretch? And what happens during sex, will I have to retract the skin beforehand?

During sex, you can retract beforehand manually, or it will go back on it's own upon penetration. If you want to see how far it should go back, take a look at the pics in the Male Anatomy thread above.

I'm really worried, because I think I have a Frenulum Breve. When I retract the skin flaccid, I can do it with little to no difficulty; however there doesn't appear to be any form of "bridge" that allows free movement of the head. The frenlum appears to be slightly dragging it down, and when the penis is errect it's even more bothersome. My frenulum appears to be just a another layer of skin that covers part of the the head.
