Hello I am a 14 year old male. I havent had my growth spert yet...As everyone knows (at least in the US) summer is just around the corner and I have been trying to lose skin/fat around my stomach area. For the past 4 weeks I Have been doing sit ups, 50 or more every other day, and also 100 crunches when I havent done sit ups. I do eat a little junk food every know and then, but barely since I try not to. I also run in track and stuff. The problem is I havent seen any results yet. I can still pull like 2 inches of skin/fat off my stomach. I say fat/skin because I'm actually not sure if its fat or just extra skin. but If i sit down in a chair and bent foward I have 3 bumbs of overlaping skin/fat. I have asked my friends if they have had anythink like this. Because they are surprised when I lift up my shirt cause it looks like im in perfect shape when I wear a shirtIs this just my body getting ready for a growth spert? Do i just need to work out more? Or do I need to watch what I eat. and ask my parents to cut the callories of the food they feed me? Or is it smething I dont even know.Anyway thanks for your help...

Did you check your weight before you started your 4 weeks? Prehaps you have worked some off you just haven't seen it. Also since your growth spurt is around the corner it could be puppy fat and you'll just have to live with it.Just keep pushing yourself with the fitness shit, eventually it'll come out on top, cut out on the fatty stuff as much as you can too.

dead everyWHERE, i am 16 which is only a little bit older then you. If you have not hit your growth spirt then basically its just your baby fat. No matter who you ask, if they sit down and bend over, unless they are anerexic, they are going to have the same SKIN rolls as you do. I have six pack myself and when i sit and slouch over, my skin overlaps. Yes it makes me feel like i am fat but in reality, i truely am not. I am not there to see you either, but one thing i look for from my friends is feedback. Sometimes i stick in a lil joke and jus end it with something kidding around like "yah im a friggen cow" and they jump on my case and call me the skinniest bastard in my grade. Although you may see lil folds, its most likely nothing. As long as your doing your 50 crunches a night (which i might increase if your lookin to six pack it up !! ) youll be all set going into you later years, i know i was
