Okay well, as a Martial Artist - I'm really not in the shape thate I need to be to do my forms correctly.. What I need you guys to do - is give me some ideas for some workouts. First I would like you all to know, that my target areas are the chest/shoulders/arms (uppderbody).. I really don't have that much exercise equipment, which is my problem. All I have, are two little 5-LB handheld weights.. (We have a bench but it is out in the garage - an it is tooo cold this time of year to go outside to workout) & I'm really not able to do some really good decent consecutive pushups to call it a workout. I know this post was kind of sketchy - but I'm hoping you guys can help me out anyhow.

Workout Exercises -Suggestions Needed-
-
Well first you would need to get a work out set, but if you but if you cant afford it just get like a 45 lbs bar and some weights so you can bench which will help your triceps and pecks(chest) and jus get a couple dumbells for ur biceps
-
First of all, get some bigger dumbells. Just to name a few, try preacher curls, bicep curls, tricep extensions, dumbell flys, incline dumbell bench, regular dumbell bench, decline dumbell bench, and shrugs.

These are types of replies that I should have suggested.. There are no such thing as equiptmentless workouts anymore.. We have a good bench and everything, but as a 15 year old; we have no room inside, and I don't have the power to bring the equiptment into the house.

I did everything I named above with just dumbells and a box to lay on.... inside of the house with not much room at all.http://www.muscletech.com/TRAINING/DUMBELL_WORKOUT/All_Dumbell_Workout.shtmlhttp://www.muscletech.com/TRAINING/DUMBELL_WORKOUT/All_Dumbell_Workout.shtmlhttp://www.muscletech.com/TRAINING/WEIGHT_FREE_WORKOUT/weight_free_workout.shtml
