I've yet to understand how to do the small meal thing. I'm going to start working out again and I want my meals to be right. I know what I have to do in the excercise department, so thats not a big deal. Are their possibly any websites that outline a good 'small' meal? -Thanks

The small meal thing
-
Okay... I had ceral for breakfast with soy milk. Then later on, I made a sandwhich, using only mustard and white meat. I cut it into 4 and ate a quarter. That was about an hour and a 1/2 ago. While I ate my quarter, I drank 9oz of water. I'm planning to eat another quarter shortly, and drink another 9oz of water. I also drank 9oz in between this. How am I doing? I think I got it down. Smaller meals and lots of water. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

The small meal thing refers to the ELMO principle (Eat less more often). The idea is eat probably about 4-6 meals that are probably 1/3 of a normal meal. This helps keep your metabolism going all day, but you can eat three meals a day and still be good. The big thing is you need to exercise as well. Just make sure you get all of the nutrients you need especially fruits and vegetables.
