Hey i just started taking creatine two days ago. and i mix it with 8 fl oz and then i drink regular water(8 fl oz) after that and about 15 mins after i have to take a piss. Is that just the water or am i peeing out the creatine?

You should take creatine with sugar drinks like kool Aid. It allows for better asorbtion. Are you on a cycle or taking it without any knowledge?

Im on my loading period because i just started and i did alot of research on it- what do you mean cycle like i work out 4x a week? something like that

What does you cycle consist of? I dodn't think creatine is the best thing for you to take while you are in your groing years.

Most of the people i workout with take it and im more mature with my body than most people i know. Its natural so what would be the problem

It is a natural product of food, but not in the same quanities as you'll be taking. What is your cycle?

im taking it 4 times a day for the loading period which is for 5 days then after that jus 1-2 times a day

How many grams are you taking durrring yuo loading period and how much are yuo taking after that? Is there a pause betwwen cycles?

43 grams each time i take it, but its not all creatine its the cheap kind so its mostly flavoring and i just found that out. so its 43x4 a day w/e that is then 43x2 a day for grams but like i said its not all creatine

Durring the loading period you need to take 6g five times a day for 7 days. For the remainder of the month you shuld intake 2g once a day. Aftert that you need to take 7 days off, then restart your cycle.

If you just started lifting weight a month ago then you shouldn't be taking creatine. You should have at least a year of lifting before you supplement. Creatine is synthesized from 3 different amino acids(building blocks of muscle). It's not bad for you, but really you're only 16 you don't need it.

There is already sugar in most Creatine mixes, so I'd just stick with what the label tells you. Plus, to much sugar will just make you fat instead of cut. I'd take it in 8 week cycles....meaning take the creatine for 8 weeks, then go 8 weeks without the creatine. Remember you're going to have a loading phase as well so your body can adjust to it. A lot of creatines suggest taking it like 5 times a day for the first week. Yes you're going to pee constantly, so make sure you drink a lot of water to keep hydrated. Don't expect instant results either, it's still going to take time to get any bigger. I also suggest taking somekind of protein as well. If creatine dosen't work out for you, you might consider going into Nitric Oxides like NOS or NOX. Same cycle applies.

Hey, I was just wondering what the nutritional facts were of creatine. I am going to start taking creatine this summer and I'd like to get just a bit more info on it. The main thing I'm concerned about is calories, protein, saturated fat, and cholesterol. I'm pretty sure it won't have any saturated fat or cholesterol but I just want to make sure.
