I've heard people on this site say that they are circumsized but still have a bit of foreskin left. I thought that if you're circumsized youve got no foreskin and if your not then you have one, please explain.
Just use google with a search string of "circumcision" and you will find your answers.
bjb: There are no two circumcisions which are exactly alike. If a fellow is lucky, he will remain whole and intact. If not, he can only hope that at least a modicum of the most sensitive tissue on his body has been retained, as it will permit the possibility of foreskin restoration with more than just shaft skin. Once turned back against the glans penis by the restoration process, portions of the inner foreskin can recover some of their lost sensitivity.Unfortunately, the highly significant ridged bands, which lie just within the opening of the foreskin, and which perform functions key to a normal sexual experience, are irretrievably lost with every circumcision, the procedure being more accurately defined as male genital mutilation.
