well, im 13 and i have these bumps on my penis. theyre white and skin colored, some larger than others, and they cover most of my shaft. they stop where the skin gets darker and dont touch the head at all. i can rarely pop some of them occasionally, and white stuff similar to pimples comes out...i have never had sex, and i dont know that these are...i have similar while dots on my scrotum, but they are not raised like the ones on my shaft. They never hurt no matter what im doing. i noticed these about 8 months ago, or more i dont really know. can someone help me find out what these are?

Do they look like this? If so, they are sebaceous glands. You have them all over your body, but they are usually buried in the skin. The skin of the genitalia is thinner, so they are visible there. They get bigger at puberty, which is why you are seeing them now. Their purpose is to secrete sebum, a white oily gunk that is a natural skin moisturiser. They are normal.
