I first went to the doctor about this about 3 years ago worried it may be an std (I'd previously had sex once before that and have never since, yes thats 4 years because I'm too afraid of a girls reaction to its appearance), of course he told me it was most likely glands and nothing to worry about. The problem is over the past few years they have spread and it is now completely covered! From the pics in the thread above I think I can identify them as sebaceous glands only mine look far worse because I'm light skinned and are unmissable when erect, grouped together in areas. I've also noticed a few that look to be coming out over the skin although they're maybe just very close to the surface.I've been doing some research and people say its nothing to worry about but most people don't know what they are and the average girl will probably assume they are warts or something. This gives me 0% confidence and aside from starting to get really sexualy frustrated I'm afraid to get into a relationship in fear of the moment I have to sit and explain what they are.I've just turned 20 and this has really been getting me down to a state of depression and its a huge weight on my mind permanantly! Is there anyway of getting rid of these? Is there anything that can thicked your skin maybe to even reduce the visibilty? I'm even starting to consider surgery.

You're paranoid. We all have them. Get over it. They are not going to think it's warts.

Hey bud, don't give them another thouught. Every guy has them to some extent. We study and examine our equipment more than anyone else, particulary our partner...remember that things are quite different when you're having sex and she probably isn't going to look closely at it. If any female ever comments...just tell her what they are and that they are normal. Don't deny yourself the greatest pleasure in life over a few very normal bumps....by the way...you've got them all over your body, they are just more visible on your penis when erect.

If any girl has an issue with your sebaceous glands (bumps) and won't have sex with you because of them, she'll be going without sex for a long time, because she's not going to find another guy (past puberty) who doesn't have them! I've got them, and ALL adult guys have them.
