My girlfriend is aniemic (something about not enough red blood cells in her blood stream) but she has really thin hair...I don't know if she will go bald at some point but it's really easy to see her scalp when she has her hair in a certain way. Also back in middle school she was very stressed out, so could that have contributed to her amount of hair? or is it because shes aniemic

Anaemia doesn't help hair quality certainly, though it would have to be quite severe to make a noticeable difference. She could just have genetically thin hair. What sort of anaemia does she have? There are quite a few different possible causes for anaemia.

High stress levels can cause temporary hair loss. Other oddball conditions can also. But some women just have thin (sparse) hair.
