ive been havin problems lately with waking up within 6-6.5 hours of sleeping and not bein able to go back to sleep. No matter what time i fall asleep, whether it be 1 or 1130 i still wake up 6-6.5 hours later. i notice i have trouble breathing durin the night when im tryin to go back to sleep, and my nose is always stuffed....does neone else have this problem? or know of nething i could do?

Do you keep you room closed up tight? Doors, windows? If you crack it open slightly to allow cool fresh air to come in, you'll probably sleep better.

I have a 24/7 stuffy nose. Problems could be that its too hot, you have too much stress, thinking to much, guilt, and other things.

I agree, since it started getting warm enough here to leave the window open a little at night, I have slept better, heavier, and have started dreaming again YAY for me LOL

Well i try to leave my door open to allow the air to circulate; however sometimes people are to loud in my hous eso i have to close it. But lately ive done both and i still wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, then cant go back to sleep. Like last night, i woke up at 330, went to the bathroom, couldnt fall asleep til 530. One thing i noticed is that as soon as i lay back down all the crap starts goin through my head. Like stuff that happens at school, crap from work, and of course this girl. So im guessin stress has to do with it. What would neone recommend to help fall asleep durin the night, maybe ignore the stress

OMG that always happens to me (the part where all the stuff goes on in my head school, etc) its the most annoying thing and i dont fall asleep for like 1-2 hours. I ussually get so tired I stop thinking and fall asleep

Yes it is very annoying. Im goin to the dr tomorrow to have a physical since i havent had one in a while, plus i can tell him what happens n maybe he can help me with the anxiety and stuff like that. i hope i get better, its so horrible not getting a good nights sleep
