Hey, Ive had this problem all my life but only noticed it around puberty, and it only started to get to me recently (im 18 now, and circumcised since early childhood). I think something is wrong with the skin on my penis, I think it is a disorder and not a disease, possibly a botched circumcision, scar, or deformation of some kind. Directly in the middle of the shaft there is a jagged brown line that seems to me like a circumcision scar. South of this line, toward my body, the skin is normal, above however there are some things that stress me out. From this line to the head the skin is almost loose and baggy. It puffs out about a centimeter more in diameter than the “normal” skin. This prevents me from masturbating with my hand, in the old fist up and down way. The skin (even the normal skin) just moves along with my hand with no friction. But the baggy skin is horribly sensitive, and even when I lubricate it hurts for days after. If it stretches at all it feels like it will tear, it’s just very thin. That being said I can count the times I’ve masturbated with a hand in my life time on one hand. The rest of the time I just rub against my mattress. I’m worried that something is wrong, and I should have this checked out by a doctor, or fixed. I’m a virgin and am also a little worried that this will ruin sex. Another thing that worries me is when I masturbate in that rubbing way I can easily get the act done in less than 30 seconds. The underside of my penis is just easily stimulated, again, will this ruin sex? Does anyone know what this disorder is called, and what I should do about it. I’ve never seen a penis that looks like mine in this way.

Mines not sensative or anything though, maybe you could go ask a doctor or something. Sorry if i wasnt much help though

The brown line around your shaft is indeed a circumcision scar. On the body side of the line the skin is the original shaft skin. On the other side of the line the skin is what used to be the inner foreskin. (Sometimes you can see the distinction very clearly because the colour of the skin is different.) In your case it seems unusually baggy and loose. You could get it tightened up by surgery, but that would be your choice.Very fast orgasm by masturbation may or may not be a problem - sex is rather different from masturbation; however, it's closer to the form you're usually using. It might be a good thing to practice the stop-go technique.

It seems like you're overreacting. Apparently you want a tight circumcision. Seems some guys prefer it loose. You're only solution is to get the extra cut off.

hey thanks, Its just good to know what it is. Its something that has been in the back of my head for years and it all kind of came to a climax yesterday, so ya, its probably fair to say I was over reacting. My goal was trying to just get used to masturbating with my hand, but after all these years it just seems so alien to me. My main concern is just working the physics out of it without hurting myself. If anyone knows of any ways to, as odd as it sounds, toughen up that inner fore-skin so it doesent hurt as much im all ears. Thanks for the help.

Yeah, like ineligible said, that area of baggy sensitive thin skin between your circumcision scar and head is what is left of your inner foreskin. What you described doesn't sound abnormal - its similar with mine (I'm cut too). I think what your problem is is you're not using lube when you masturbate with your hand. Try using some lube next time, and I think you'll find it much better. Vaseline, hand lotion, hair conditioner, baby oil, etc. all work well. Most circumcised guys use lube to masturbate comfortably. I usually use lube when masturbating with my hands. I can do it without, but if I do it for too long or with too tight of a grip, my inner foreskin will get swollen and puffy, and can sometimes get irritated with abrasions from lack of lubrication. So try using lube and let us know how it goes.
