Hello everyone and id like to thank you in advance for any answers you giveim trying to lose some weight before summer comes around and i want to get my stomach flatter problem is the best for doing this i hate doing, i hate jogging and running i just hate it so much if i run for more than 5-10 minutes i get pissed and just stop so i want to know other things that can help me ill show you what i do everyday and i hope you guys can helpi go to track pratice where im a Thrower so i just run for 5 minutes or some laps outside (the coach decides on the day) and after track i lift weights for an hour to 2 hours then when i come home i eat something and in a few hours after i do push-ups and sit-ups i was wondering what other things i can do that can help me ^^

Hey. You said you can run for 10mins before you start hating it. Running 3 lots of 10 mins a day can be effective in loosing weight. Yet 30mins straight would still have more gains. Also mabye try walking instead of running. it takes longer but Walking the SAME DISTANCE as you would run burns the same amount of calories.. Another suggestion would be bike riding, swimming, aerobic classes (or anyother gym class that focusses on cardio). If your unmotivated to Run or do any of those activites mabye try and get a friend to come with you.. makes the trip social and a bit more funI hope that helped a bit....Good Luck .

do you mind going on walks or hiking? running 10 miles and walking 10 miles has the same effect on calories lost. Really any cardio work out will help you shed those extra pounds, but I don't know how much you want to lose...
