When they check your BP, systolic is the numerator, right?
Well, apparently, I have a high systolic... uh, measurement? I don't know. I'm 16 and the nurse said that I have the blood pressure of a 50-60 year old man. The denominator one was fine, though. I really need to learn these terms.
Anyway, she said I needed to lower that, something about drinking more water and eating less salty foods?
What else can I do to lower it? I'm really trying to be a lot healthier. I'm 230 pounds and I always said I'd leave high school weighing less than 200. >_<
