Eat alot of protein and carbs. Stuff like meat and pasta. Also if you want to get bigger start lifting weights

I posted some info in this thread (3rd post) about gaining weight.Gaining weight will make you taller only if you're truly malnourished.

Okay here's my advice...in one year I went from 5'11 149pds to 172 pounds (almost all muscle); so I know what im talking about...#1) Eat food, lots of it...not JUNK...but things like oats, milk, cottage cheese, natural peanut butter, tuna, any type of fish, chicken...dont buy any of that crap at GNC (weightgainers, creatine, etc) you don't need it; all you need is food.#2)Hit the weights...dont do like everyone else does thoughwork out only 3 days a week at the most...dont stay in the gym for an hour; 30 minutes tops...Do hardcore movements like Squats, deadlifts, military press, bench, dips, chinups, legpress, rows...forget the endless sets of curls..concentrate on adding more weight to the bar each couple of weeks... 3)8 hours of sleep EVERY nightYou are only 15 years old. If you eat enough food and do the right lifts you will grow like a weed. The key is eating though; you have to eat more (its the only way)...and by lifting you turn whatever excess your eating into muscle and not fatfollow my advice correctly and VOILA you are now bigger GUARANTEED

What do you do if you don't have a good appetite? How do you know asdfhelpasdf doesn't have a metabolic problem? I'd make sure I was healty before I spent too many hours in the gym.

I guess I should have made it clear...you don't do all of those exercise on the same day...given that, its very possible to do in 30 minutesDay 1 Deadlift, Bent over rows, chinups, curlsDay 2 Military press, bench press, weighted dipsDay 3 Squats, leg press, lunges, (any leg exercises)

i know exactly what youre going through. im 15 and was underweight and short. i think i may have an overactive thyroid gland though because i eat A LOT of meat and pasta and admitedly i do eat a lot of crap too but i bearly put on a pound! ive gone from 7 stone 4 to 7 stone 8 in like 8 months and eating heckloads than the other people in my family! didnt do anything about my height though, im still a poxy 5 ft 2! how much exactly do you weigh and how short are you? this will help us calculate the BMI (body mass index). good luck with it
