hey there. im new. and i have a question.im 15 and recently i've lost quite a bit of weight. roughly 35 pounds. i'm quite content with my newly thin body except i have a bit of fat in my chest area that i'd like to get rid of, and my nipples seem large. i'm not sure they are too abnormally large but i find them big enough to be distracting and unattractive. if i were to lose a lot of the fat in my chest, would the nipples then become smaller? or would they remain "stretched out" in a sense? also, would push ups quicken the process of firming the chest or is only fat loss the key? i'd also like to add that i'm almost certain it's not a case of gynocomastia.thank you in advance for your help.

Nipples.....

how much do u weigh?
-
145 lbs.

p.s. yes i know i cannot target fat loss. so don't tell me i'm an idiot in thinking i want to lose fat from my chest specifically. i know it must be fat from throughout the body.

First off, Congrats! I was similar, i was 175lbs, and i trimmed it down to 130lbs, i am also very pleased! My nipples/breast returned to a smaller state with the rest of my body, is it your aeola, or your nipple in perticular?

areola.

They looked normal before im guessing, also going with when someone gets implants or a reduction, they have to move/resize the nipple, so this could be simmilar to a reduction to where it wouldnt change naturally. I guess, if that didnt make sense ill re-word

Theres nothing wrong with big nipples in fact I would say the bigger the better.
