Hey guys,
Are there any big fans of Tupac out there? And I'm not just talking about his music... just everything about him.
For some reason I'm really interested in him.. (yes I'm white, so what) I love reading abuot him and his life... about his struggles and opinions... even the theories about his death are really appealing to me...
I'm 100% sure he is dead but I can understand why people make up theories (like the reoccurence of the number "7" everywhere) about his death.... they just don't want to believe he is dead ... it's like when Elvis died... people thought he was still out there because they didn't want to accept that he has left this earth... but as much as I would want Tupac to be alive, I'm sure he's dead .... there's plenty of "suggestions" why he was murdered which we can discuss if anyone here is interesting in Tupac like me...
Tupac fans will know that he studied the teachings of the italian political philosopher Niccolo Machiavelli (1469-1527) ... I plan on (sometime) reading "The Prince" and "The Art of War" which is the same stuff that Tupac read and studied... maybe I'll see what Tupac found so interesting about him (by the way, for those who don't know Tupac made a song "The Prince")
His songs... eventually I want to have a "collection" of every Tupac song out there... get every album... I could just download all the albums from Bearshare or Kazaa but I would rather buy them .... just out of respect for him ... so far I don't have many songs/albums because I don't have that much money or opportunities to get his stuff but I'll get it eventually... but what are some of you guy's favorite albums/songs from him?
Tupac also had a major influence on many people... everybody was watching him and watching what he does ... just as a little comparison ... on November 5, 1996, Death Row Records (Tupac's record company) released the final album of Tupac they would ever release titled "Makaveli - The Don Killuminati" or "The 7 Day Theory". November 5, 1996 was also election day... there were more people at music stores getting the album then there were at election booth's ... people may say this is just because Nov. 5, 1996 is shortly after his death (Sept. 13, 1996) but I still think the reason is just because Tupac has had such an influence on so many people...
Sorry for making this post so long, I got a little carried away :P
