Hey Everyone,
I know that summers coming up and your shirt and what not is going to be off. So i was wondering, I do alot of sit-ups on a roman chair during Fitness class in school and i do alot of bench presses and all that but im still no even close to seeing a six pack come threw and my love handles and ass are still there. And i saw a pill that speeds up your metabalism and burns off more fat so you can get down to the muscle. Now does that work and if yes or no what are is one good really work out for my abs and peks.
