Go to this site and type in your name (USA only). You will be shocked.http://www.zabasearch.comIt doesn't matter if you have an unlisted number because companies that collect your information sell it to other companies. This means if you ever fill out anything with your name and address on it, it is likely to end up getting shared with pretty much anybody willing to pay for it. You need to read privacy policies of anybody you do business with.Apparently this is legal. It probably shouldn't. Maybe we ought to write our U.S. Congressperson/Senator about this because I don't like my personal history being available to anybody that wants it. Oooh no, I put in my dad's name and my address came up. What are people gonna do now, come visit me and be like "Hey I found your address on this website... well, bye" ?
-

Not everyone is listed, and actually some of the information is wrong, and I'm not listed on there

I didn't even here of that site until I was browsing snopes.com, it's amazing what checking that site can tell you about all sorts of terrorist warnings, product, recalls, chain letters, and scams. The site isn't really much of a threat. The information is often outdated, inaccurate, and a lot of people aren't even listed. The only way to actually retrieve a decent amount of information is to pay a fee and I can't imagine anyone would waste money on something vague and poorly researched.http://www.snopes.com/computer/internet/zabasearch.asp

thats just a lil bit scary

So I guess Amanda doesn't have to worry about stalkers finding her...My current address isn't listed, although I wouldn't be surprised to find it there soon.Did you check out the arial maps? They know where you live!

Ever go to maps.google.com? You can get a satellite photo of anywhere in the U.S. I saw my house being built. Pretty interesting. As for the zabasearch thing, I was a little shocked that there are apparently a lot of people with the same first and last name as me, and mine is rather unusual so I found this interesting.
