I am an 18 year old male. I do currently have a girlfriend but we have both decided to wait until we are marrid before having sex. Never having had sex I am little suprised to find many many small bumps on my penis. They do not hurt at all but if I pinch them a white puss comes out very similar to popping a white head. I have no idea what they are and I am a little freaked out.

Never had sex yet I think it is an STD

Sexually trasmitted disease, and no sex... dun think sooo....

Well after reading the "read first" up top I feel safer and more like an idiot, however is the the white puss stuff normal when popped?
-
actually not true....you CAN get an STD without sex. Any type of oral sex can transmit an STD Example Another Example Omg i just realized im turning into Steve....well at least it wasnt through google

o and one thing i forgot to add...ass for those bumps. i think i know what your talkin about. they are the size of a pencil tip? dont hurt? white puss comes out from time to time and they keep filling? ive had them and asked a doc and they are just a pore i forgot what they are called....but he said very normal

Yes, these are sebaceous glands. The white stuff is the sebum, a natural moisturiser that they secrete to keep the skin from drying out. All perfectly normal.

lol, i consider oral sex, sex
-
Yea but i dont think he was referring to that. I think he may have meant sex as in penis in vagina sex lol. blatently put

In reply to:lol, i consider oral sex, sex I agree. I'm surprised how many teens don't think of oral sex as sex. Oral sex is definitely sex, and has alot of the same risks with STD's as regular intercourse. Anyway, to answer the dude's question, yes it is normal for white puss to come out of those bumps if you squeeze them. They're sebaceous glands, as you learned, and sebaceous glands produce oil, or sebum, which looks like puss. So don't squeeze them and leave them alone, because that's what they're supposed to do. Part of their function is to provide a little bit of oil during sex for better lubrication, which you'll want, so leave 'em alone! All of us men have those sebaceous gland bumps, so get used to them - part of being a man!
