I've heard Kegels do wonders, although I'm sure how much help over actual control they'll give you over your orgasms. The good old start/stop technique may be something you could try also. Again "I think" that is for helping you last longer, and I'm not sure it'll give you absolute control over your orgasms. Porn guys have to hold out for extremely long times and then orgasm when the director tells them, and most say its more a matter of concentration more than anything else. I personally think its a matter of concentrating and relaxing at the same time. Generally its a lot tougher for younger guys to control, but I'm not exactly sure why. I think its because they're usually too excited, but again I could be way off. Not sure there has been a lot of real studies on that part of it.

The way I understand kegels to be is like stopping your pee when you urinate. Its the exact same technique, except your not using the bathroom when you do them. I think your supposed to hold for like 10 seconds, but I'm not sure how many your supposed to do, or for how long. I'd look it up to make sure I was doing it right and to also make sure I'm gonna get the desired effect. A simple net and/or google search should get you the answers you need on them. Since this is more of a medical type thing, I doubt parental control would interfere with you looking it up. I don't think parental control is supposed to block those kind of things, at least I hope they aren't.

Did you ever hear of "edging"? it means you masturbate as long as you can without cumming and they you stop. If you need to you can grab and squeexe your penis just below the head to stop cumming. If you do this several times you can begin to learn to control it.

Sounds pretty similar to the start/stop technique, except in that you masturbate right up until your feeling it build and stop immediately, let it subside, then repeat as often as necessary. Either way, I think both would be the best way to control your orgasms. After awhile, the penis will learn to stop itself automatically from orgasming too fast. There is a point-of-no-return with guys when it comes to an orgasm, the key is stopping before you reach it.

Stopping at the point of no return can be really hard. Sometimes, when I reach it I stop all physical stimulation, but can't stop thinking erotic thoughts, which is usually just enough to send me over the edge anyway

Don't think you have to wait that long. I think the key is starting and stopping. Again I "think" it takes time for your body to adjust, but it should adjust automatically with some practice. Probably not gonna happen overnight.
