Try toning up your chest muscles. Chances are that if you're not overweight, most of that is just from untoned muscle that's kind of flabby. It could also be genetic, some people just are that way. I'd try to tone up with pushups and other chest exercises.

I'm just going to say, that is very bad.
For many things: Cholesteral (sp?), Blood Pressure, Self-Esteem, Back Problems...you should follow sdp's advice.

Yeah my doc knows Iv'e been losing weihght here and there.

I'm 13 and weigh 264, except even doctors have told me the lowest I could go was 180-200+ do to my high muscle mass. I do a lot of weight lifting, but yeah the only part I hate about me is my man boobs.
-
There's a big difference between 200 and 264 pounds. Are you trying to lose the extra weight?
-
As I said in my first post, I do do weight lifting but also arobics. I am part of the weight management clinic at UCSF which has done DOZENS of studies and experiements for adolescent weight loss. I follow their diet and have a personal trainer and do 45 minutes to an hour of exercise(cardio and weight lifting) 3-4 times a week.

Yes, I saw that you do weigtlifting. Even if you do aerobic exercise, if you eat like a horse, you're going to maintain or gain weight.
I don't know if you want to lose weight, but Crazy_Dude does. So, if you...
o consume more calories than you burn, you gain weight.
o consume as many calories as you burn, you maintian your weight.
o consume fewer calories than you burn, you lose weight. There are various strategies you can use to keep from being crazy hungry in order to maintain a good diet, but balancing input against output is the key.

SteveA, I already said that I am following their diet...

"you are what you eat". My favorite saying when at the dinner table. It helps me control the food intake.A rule of thumb, You eat fatty foods, you'll be fatty.Eat low fat, you'll be low fat.So, SteveA, is my saying similar to yours?
-
I say, burn at least as many calories as you eat, and you won't gain weight.
I also say, eat a wide variety of foods, including vegatables and fruit, and minimize the junk food and sugary soft drinks (including fruit juices).

why go to the doc if you live in america i take it you do... its normal to be overweight in america,(J/K) im 6'4 and 230 pounds, im not that overweight but i have high blood presure and ive been trying to lose weight, i can do like 6 pushups now(doesnt sound like much) but it helped with "man breast" i think i have more muscle on my chest than fat now

If you're 17, get into a gym! Start doing weights, preferably early in the morning, so it alters your metabolism for the day. The more muscle you have, the more energy you use (carbs, fat etc) so you can still pretty much eat the same and lose weight. Start with arms, and chest, bodybuilding.com is an excellent site for weight loss and weight lifting.
