In my health class a couple weeks ago we were discussing contraceptive methods. Someone asked if there is a pill that a guy could take. Our teacher started explaining to us that there is a pill that is in the process of being developed. The pill is supposed to greatly reduce a males sperm count only while taken. I am not sure how effective it would be but anything to help works. I will try to find more info over the internet.

Possible new contraceptive for males (a pill)

Are you asking a question or just making a statement? Male contraception in the form of pills and shots has been around for a while. It's all in the development and study phase. Before it is appoved for public use, it has to be determined whether it is effective and safe to use.

I guess its a statement for those who dont know about it. Do you have a link on the info about it?

Just type "male contraceptive pill" in a search engine.

No woman is going to rely on the man for the birth control
Guy: Come on baby lets hop in my backseat and get it on
Girl: We don't have any condoms on hand, we better wait
Guy: Relax, I got it covered...I'm on the pill -
lmao

I think a shot or implant or something like that for men is the way to go. A daily pill is not going to be very effective for most men, because they won't remember to take it.

They talked about it on tonight's Saturday Night Live (rerun from November) Weekend Update. Tina Fey said something like, "They're testing it in monkeys, so if your monkey dislikes condoms as much as mine does..."

I shot does sound better.
