i'm fallin asleep on the job.. i drink the coffee i can feel somethin workin but it aint my eyes, thats for sure.. far as i kno, the caffeine only helps stimulate the heart n wutnot, but in the end ur still tired.. how do i wake up?

well i need a quick response lol.. i got 3 hrs sleep last night cus i was remodeling a taser.. i jus started workin out not too long ago.. so that'll kick in sometime.. my job is filing papers and entering data.. 8hrs a day..

my sleep patterns suck..i wake up at bout 6 hrs.. n in learning that i set the clock for that, so i'd normally get up at 6 hrs.. cus if i go back to sleep (which will most likely happen cus of those last 2 hrs needed) i'll sleep for another 6 hrs.. regardless of wheether i'm makin up for lost times, which couldn b tru to some extent (thats what REM is for)

I hear ya bud, I only get about 2 hours sleep every night, too many friends in the states. So, to stop myself from falling asleep I regularly stick my head in the drinks freezer in work. But since you don't have one of those jobs, I suggest putting pins all over your desk. You feel like having a nap on your desk.... WHAM!!! Awake for quite a while after that.

You need to get your sleeping under control. It's easy to get your internal clock all messed up and tricky to set it back. All you can really do is get in bed at a certain time and get out of bed at a certain time. The first few nights might be a little hard, but once your body knows when it's time to rest then it won't be a problem.

Take some tweasters to work and everytime youre about to fall asleep pluck out a pube. Caffine just makes you more tired when it wears off so avoid that. Also taking a wank will wake you up! But make you a bit sleepy after. But once that wears off you will be working like a mad man. Or wank and work at the same time! Nothings more rewarding than cumming in your filing cabinates.
