When having sex unprotected, can the pre-cum impregnate the girl? Just wondering, but I will still use condoms.

Can pre-cum impregnate?
-
If you've ejaculated recently, it can contain live sperm left over from that time. So, yes.
-
Their is virtually no possibility that a woman could become impregnated from "pre-cum". The major purpose of "pre-cum", besides being a pleasantly sweet lubricant, is to flush out any foreign substance from the eurethra (such as urine) in preparation for the passage of sperm ... any substance which might inhibit impregnation. If you wish to learn the full physiological details of the process, post a request for information at the Fathermag discussion forum "Teen Sex": http://www.fathermag.com/teen-sex Don't mind the "teen" appellation of the discussion forum. These are questions for which few are able to answer with any authority, except that several of the adults regulars at Fathermag are particularly and impressively qualified.Korydon

In reply to:Their is virtually no possibility that a woman could become impregnated from "pre-cum". pre-cum can contain sperm, and it only takes one to make a baby, so its very possible.
-
Tha's an awfully bold statement there, korydon. While precum, itself, doesn't have sperm, it can pick up semen from previous ejaculations or any tiny amount that might get past the prostate and carry it out into the vagina.
-
Yes, perhaps too bold?Urination effectively flushes sperm from the eurethra, but in the interim between the time when a fellow takes his last piss and when he initiates unprotected intercourse, "pre-cum" emissions can include sperm under these conditions:1. If the fellow had a "wet-dream"2. He has "strained", similar to the straining which is characteristic of a bowel movement, enough to force sperm into the ejaculatory ducts.3. He has deliberately ejaculated, such as during foreplay, prior to having intercourse, and ...4. The fellow feels that ejaculation has "nearly" occurred as a result of things that might have happened prior to intercourse: such as masturbation or fellatio by self or by partner. So, if none of these things happen, then it is true that starting sex without a condom and putting one on before being remotely close to orgasm is an effective contraceptive practice, and pre-cum will not be contaminated with sperm.Korydon

This is the third most rediculous thing I have ever heard.Ignorance is bliss, but for everyone else, pre-cum CAN get a girl prenant. Have a nice day.
-
maybe they should do a study on how many girls have gotten pregnant by a guys precum.
-
So you are claiming that "pre-cum", the fluid from the Cowpers gland, has sperm in it? I'm not quite sure as to what you are trying to say by saying it's ridiculous.
-
ok how about this...if you ejaculate and then urinate afterwards, does this "flush out" all the sperm?
-
Pretty much, yes.
-
so pissing before sex would pretty much elminate the possibility of left over sperm from my last ejaculation and I'd pretty much only have to worry about ejaculating during intercourse?
-
True, but I wouldn't rely on this as a method of birth control.
-
yep, that's why the pull out method is so stupid.
-
I have a girl, friend, who got pregnant with the "pull-out" method
-
The withdrawal method is not only bad because precum can leak out; sometimes the regular come starts coming before you know it.

offtopic question but all this talk about sperm and stuff got me wondering about it so here goes. I heard males produce sperm as needed and pretty much will never run out during their lifetime. But women on the otherhand are born with a set number of eggs they will have right? Just wondering if anyone knew what the estimated number of eggs a normal healthy woman has during her lifetime?
-
According to a University of Michigan cancer center article on normal ovarian function:
In reply to:
At birth, the normal female ovary contains about 1-2 million/oocytes (eggs). Females are not capable of making new eggs, and in fact, there is a continuous decline in the total number of eggs each month. By the time a girl enters puberty, only about 25% of her lifetime total egg pool remains, around 300,000. Over the next 30-40 years of a female's reproductive life, the entire egg supply will be depleted. Although no one can know with absolute certainty the number of eggs remaining within the ovaries at any given time, most women begin to experience a significant decrease in fertility (the ability to conceive a child) around the age of 37. At the time of menopause, virtually no eggs remain.

so thats why its more difficult for a woman trying to get pregnant when they are 30+?
-
if i pulled out like 45 seconds before i came, do you think that she may be pregnant or not?
