Taison for the help again! Well, basically you're just feeling guilty for eating and your stomach is just fine. Eating is something natural, and even the most proffessional bodybuilders sometimes can't help from "pigging" themselves at delicious meals.Me for instance, I'm a boxer/martial artist. I train hard, control my diet extremely good. But when I enter McDonald's, I just can't resist ordering 2 Double Cheeseburgers, extra large fries, big glass of coke and flush it all down with some ice cream. You're skinny so I suspect that you have reached the "maximum capacity of weight loss", meaning you're unable to lose more or it will be unhealthy. You're stomach can be toned by various exercises. I suggest sit ups or just lie flat on your back and raise your leg 45 degree up and keep it there for 10 seconds. Then relax for 10 secs, and lift again for 10 secs. Do, uhm, 5 reps, I suggest every day, once in the morning before breakfast and once before sleeping (NOT AFTER DINNER).I think you're getting over nervous about that eating disorder thing. Don't care about it, eat when you should, eat right and you're fine. Don't OVER discipline yourself, if you push yourself too hard, you'll just break down. Eat a right diet and relax. It takes time for change, for worse or better, it takes time. So don't worry.Remember, eat right, train right and you're fine!Best of Luck-Taison! out
