i'll try to explain this the best i can. for the last year or so i am constantly losing my voice, and i know it's from mucus..it's like it never ends, ill make myself cough it up and my voice will be fine, then 15-20 minutes later i have more mucus to cough up...it's getting me really annoyed and I was wondering if anyone knows what this could be from (by the way I don't smoke).i was thinking do my tonsils have any part in this?(i never had them taken out)...it's really frustrating me..every morning when i wake up my throat sorta hurts too but then it goes away..any info would be appreciated, thanks

have you been tested for allergies etc, my other half has an allergy to anything furry and he was full of mucus......

no i haven't been tested for allergies yet, but that was one possibility i thought of, since this whole problem did start awhile after i moved to a new city

That is what it probably is... I would recommend buying some Benadryl or other antihistamine and seeing if that makes it any better. If it does, talk to a doctor about getting a prescription for Zyrtec or something similar.
