I was wondering, how to build up on larger more useful muscles?
Ok, I am athletic and all but I need larger muscles to be able to take impacts. I've been training for quite a long time but I need to get bigger, stronger, be able to endure for longer but not much heavier. All in all, trying to become a beast.
I don't want any of those steroids talk and I definitely don't want any advice for just increasing bulk but I need them to be useful. I need proffessional advice. I have a lot of time, I have a lot of money, don't need support and I have all the equipment needed now, I just need advice to get bigger.
I run 7 kilometers in the morning, and swim in the evening. Every second day, I do weight training. oh, before every weight training sessions, I do shadow boxing, and grapple exercises with my friends for 15 minutes.
