Ok, I have been getting into a lot better shape lately and im really happy with myself, but now it needs to stop. At 5'6 and 103lbs i really really need to stop losing weight and gaining some but i dont want to appear all muscly or eat nothing but sweets.

Are you cutting out carbs in your diet? You should be eating plenty of carbs 5-10 servings a day (2 pieces of bread or a bun is a serving, it's not hard, a standard serving of spaghetti is 1 1/2-2 servings or larger) if you're not trying to lose weight anymore. Be sure that you're getting plenty of water as well, and to do some exercise. Do not eat unhealthy in order to gain weight. Nuts are also great, because they're sources of monounsaturated fats (good for you), protein, and carbs. Try eating them regularily in your diet.
