Hey guys, I'm looking for a little advice here.I'm a big guy but I don't feel that I am overly overweight. But I DO need to lose about 10-15 pounds and I know it isn't instantaneous. If anyone has a any advice or general weight-lose tips, please respond. Thanks guys.
Shedding the pounds
Try doing physical activity that involves pacing and really brings up your heart rate. Swimming and running are good examples. Lifting weights also helps, as does any physical activity.Eat 4-6 small meals a day if possible (3 small meals with snacks between each is good). Keep the unhealthy foods and snacks to a minimum, and eat a well balanced diet. Eat enough for breakfast and lunch, as that's where you get your energy for the day, and your metabolism will work more efficiently through out the day.
