First off it seems like it can't be. I'm a male i don't really know how to say this. OK is this normal at the base of the penis i have bumps but they have hairs growing out of all of them, i dont what that is. is it normal? Then there is these other things there not bumps on top of the skin but more under the skin you can only see them if you sort of pinch the skin around it,a puss like substance comes out of some of them. its not puss though because its more thick only a lil dab comes out and they dont hurt.these are also only found on the right side of my penis. I'm thinking its herpes but since ive never had sex yet i dont know how thats possible, or it can come from a toilet seat or something. ???

Hi madguy, and welcome. The bumps at the base of your penis with hairs growing out of them sound like hair follicles. They are bumps because each hair follicle is associated with a little muscle, and with a sebaceous gland. Sebaceous glands produce sebum, a thick whitish gunk that is a natural moisturiser. All your hair follicles have these extra bits, but you don't normally see a bump because the skin is too thick. The skin on your penis is thinner, especially when erect, and you can see them as little bumps, about a millimeter or so across.(If you're talking about bigger bumps, that's different.)It's perfectly normal to have hair on the shaft of your penis, especially near the base.I think those other bumps are sebaceous glands too. You often get them on your penis without having a hair attached - it's perfectly normal, and its something lots of people post about here because they're worried about them. That's consistent with your observation of a thick substance coming out of them - that would be sebum. Don't keep squeezing them, though - they might get infected and form pimples. If the bumps are bigger than a millimetre or so, though, they might be something else.
