Hi, I am new here. A friend introduced me to this site. I however am 30 yo female, married for 6 years and really close on having a major breakdown. I am so depressed and I don't know how to tell this to my husband. The cause of it? Major changes in my life. I have married a man whom my parents doesn't want. My mother died two years ago, and sad to say, I am still in denial stage... It was a hard challenge for me since she died. Being a firstborn, on the day, Mommy is in Coma, GCS very low, all test negative, all is hopeless and I decided to have the DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) order. My marriage is in shambles, Im not even sure if my husband is cheating on me. We barely talk, and he will always find time on yelling or ragging at me everyday. My life is getting difficult each day, not even sure how long I can hold on and don't know how to tell it to my husband's face. Despite all my fears on him, I know I feel stupid for loving him this much. BTW, I came from another culture and divorce is not legal in my country. Hope to hear for some advice and thanks for reading this.

Welcome to AfraidToAsk, roxy13. You're in a very stressful situation, and I think the first thing you want is a sympathetic ear. A good counsellor could be a big help here, especially one with marriage experience.

Thank you. I'll take note of that.

Hello,Constipation acn cause depression. Many women find sexual desires that have not been fulfilled to lead them to depression. Try reading a good book.Peace!http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Noahite

Are you a crazy Catholic-hating faux-Christian drifter nut case?

I'm sorry that I didn't get back here sooner. I appreciate the kind words. We went to marriage counselling and adjusting pretty well.
That is not a very good thing to say. I am a devoted Catholic btw. I am not igniting any flames but is this the way I should be treated here? Thank you for your time.

is this the way I should be treated here?If you'll see whom I replied to, you'll note that it was to the poster above my post. I have no idea why you thought I was a replying to you. That poster is a drifter, and maintains more than one message board that promotes the "Jewish aspects" of Chirstianity, but considers Catholicism to be satanic. He is a nut job. Please make sure you're clear on who's responding to whom before taking offense.

I hope everything is ok now? That seems to be a realy hard time you are going through.I am only 19 and still studying and i am lucky to have a few problems:)The best thing to do is some meditation and eat healthly.Your energy maybe too low to do most of the things you need to do.Try and think of the future in a positive way by looking at situations and thinking of the best outcome. Its called "affirmation".It is used in psychiatry:)I hope this helps:)
