Its kind of like that, but mine are actually white, like dandruff flakes. They are on next to the frenulem on both sides. Is this just a variation of ppp or something else? Thx again

I've had these tiny white bumps on my penis (right under the back part of the head if you pull back the foreskin) for at least a few years. Lately, i've began to worry about it, can anyone here relate to this? And is there anything i can do to get rid of them? Thanks in advance for any advice To be more descriptive, it kind of resembles dandruff, its really small, however, liek dead skin flakes, if you brush your finger on it than it clearly shows.
