Hi,im 18yrs old, i weight about 190 pounds, height 5'6, and im terrible at dieting plans, i read lot about diet plans but no plan stays in my mind, I want to Lose weight fast, i kno its not good to think that way but i understand the quickest method is still a few months, but somone can help me either I should use diet pills or create a diet plan please! anything!!! HELP

I think you should seek professional help because anything we tell you, you aren't going to stick to it just like you said. Its not possible and it probably never will be. Diet pills work for some but for most(almost all) its just a waste of money. Dont expect to be the one of the lucky few that it works for because it probably wont work. Only a professional can help you because they will be the one that you will be seeing regularly. We are random people that you have never met and will probably never meet. We wont be able to be there to watch you and make sure you stick to any plans. Its not possible and you know that.Goto a nutritionist for help. They are the only people that can guarantee you anything and they are the only ones that will make sure you keep the weight off after you lost it all.

deit pills make you not hungry but when they ware off you eat like a horse. Best bet subscribe to weight watchers get a dietacian & a trainer which i have & they stay on you like white on rice! hope this helps-Shawn

Eating right and excersizing is really the only thing that can cause you to loose weight. When you reduce your hunger with diet pills, your denying yourself of nutrients that would assist you with your weight loss and healthy living.Also, rather than focusing your attention on your waist size, indulge in feeling more healthy and living life. Its not a matter of loosing wieght, its a matter of caring for and celebrating your body. Excersize doesn't have to be tedious, boring or embarressing, and you don't have to jog every morning to do it. Do things you enjoy like cleaning the car, dancing to music while your mopping the kitchen, go shopping with friends, take a walk on a nice day. Doing these things will help you from getting disapointed if after a day you don't loose 20 pounds.And lastly, remember that in order to do this the right way it will take time. It is possible for you to loose weight quickly, but it WILL come back and you could end up wieghing even more than when you began. Loosing the weight isn't the hard part -its keeping it off, and working slowly to create new habits is the only way to maintain your new look.But no matter what the outcome, walk like your a super model and don't let anyone say your not totally gorgeous!
