Well, a friend of mine wants to lose a lot of fat quickly and sadly, I'm unable to help him cuz he wants to lose as much fat as possible within 12 weeks, the reasons are unknown. He's one of those hotheaded guys that gets pissed with too much exercise and he doesn't want any muscles, he just want to get a lot thinner. I think he weights around 91 kilos[188 pounds], and wanna reduce to 65-70 kilos[155 pounds?].
All I know about his home area is that there's no gym, so he'll have to rely on cardio exercises, I believe. So any suggestion on how he should run, jog or walk?
Also, he told me that he can only run 5:00 - 6:00 in the morning and like 20:00 in the evening cuz he studies and does part time works but knowing him personally, he gets bored with exercises quite quickly, so if it bores him, he'll stop. :angry:
Oh, he told me, no supplements. :confused:
I'm having a big headache, I have no idea on how to help him nor do I see any hopes of him losing anything within 12 weeks, especially with his attitude of "quit if it bores". I think he need more endurance, so anyone knows how to gradually build up stamina and endurance?
Personally, I'll tell him along the lines: "run 10 kilometers each day and do half an hours of rope skipping and you're fine" but I doubt he'll do anything near that maybe "30 seconds of running and 5 jumps with the ropes". Oh, he eats like a horse, any suggestions on making him eat less? I told him to eat 5-7 times a day, and he does, now 5 big meals a day.
