I feel so relaxed right now after getting back from the pool. I left my house to bike there at about 2:45, arrived a little after 3:00, geting into the pool shortly after that, then swam until 5:10 where I left the pool, changed, and biked back home.The massive endorphin rush from pushing myself steadily over that time is so relaxing. Forget anything else that's relaxing (aside from something intimate ), physical activity is better than all of it. It's that same feeling that you get at the end of a long, hard race of any type, where your blood is rushing, your muscles are tired and sore, you feel like you have no energy left to stand, but you begin to feel so relaxed that it's all worth it.Just felt like talking about it.
