Okay im trying to lose weith and i need some advice on how i could lose a couple of pounds. any advice would be highly appriciated.
well you all know what i am gonna say....
cut down on your carbs you'll lose weight.

For two weeks write down everything, EVERYTHING you eat. For the next week write everything down and just eat a little less of it. Say you like cookies and normally eat between 11 and 15. On the second week don't eat more than 11. On the fourth week don't eat more than 9. Cut back very slowly and it won't be like you're losing anything. If you have a bad week, don't worry about it. Just try again. No one can live your life for you, and no one has the right to tell you if you messed up but you. If you can cut yourself the slack when you have a bad week, you won't give up.BUT, you will need to set a realistic goal before you start and stick to that goal. This is how I got down to 87 lbs.

If, you expend more calories than you intake, you will lose weight. Cut out all processed foods and junk cereal. Increase your protein intake and cut out the carbs (moderatly). This is along the lines of the Aktins diet. Your liver looks at high processed carbs as pure sugar and will pack it away as fat. Eat small high protein snacks during the day and don't pig-out out night. The pounds will drop dramatically.
