my legs are the weirdest, they are muscley, i can tense the muscle and they go very hard, not quite rock hard but still very hard and its mostly my thighs and the muscle below my ass, but my legs are so weak! i cant kick for shit, and i find squats too difficult because i can never keep my balance no matter what weight i use...2 questions, how can my legs be so muscley if they arent strong and 2, how can i make them strong?
