I QUIT MY JOB!!
Well, we actually gave my notice. My last day will be Oct 15th (Payday... That's a huge joke!) I want to see if we get good checks that day....
I'm really tired of being lied to by these people. . I'm tired of their creative billing practices. I'm tried of them screwing and lying to their clients and trainers and not giving a shit about how they are fucking these people over...
Our last three payroll checks have bounced! They owe me just over $3,500.00 in back wages... That's not counting what they owe Daren.
I can't believe I listened to their bullshit explanation and actually thought they were sincere...
I've been stupid and I hope to warn people away from using their services if I can figure out how to do it with them knowing it's me. I would hate from them to try to sue me too.
Never trust a company on the Internet that doesn't have a national acclaimed secure service. And read EVERYTHING on the contract before you sign it...Even if they are trying to rush you thru it... Have your attorney look it over.... I've been witness to several hundreds of thousands of dollars being taken withdrawn from people's accounts because they have given this company their debit card or credit card information.....
I'm so over this!!!
Eddie don't worry... I'll get you your money somehow!

The company is commiting interstate fraud? Isn't that a federal crime? And doesn't a company get shut down the first time they can't meet payroll?
-
yikes! good for you man. Hope you can find a new job soon.

I think they are making fraudulent charges. They are charging clients credit card 2, 3 sometimes 4 times for the service they sold. And then tell them they’re really sorry and will make refunds but never do. People have been calling a lot lately saying they are going to report them to the BBB… I could only hope that they were shut down. They have been bouncing checks for the last three pay periods…

The BBB? They've gotta be kidding. How about the attorney general of your state?
> They have been bouncing checks for the last three pay periods...
Unless Texas has some unusual laws, they needed to be shut down after they couldn't make the first payroll. At that time, the doors should have been locked, after which, employees (I think) are first in line among creditors.
I suggest that you be proactive, and you contact the state attorney general's office. It would be more productive and less risky than trashing the company to (potential) customers.

That's a good suggestion!Thanks!
