Well, to be fair there is still lyposuction; but that is a huge waste of money and the risks are too high for it. I just thought I should throw that in since it is pretty much the ONLY way to locally remove fat from an area.

Penis area fat

I think the best exercise for losing fat is swimming. Crawl in particular. And its good for you spine too

The best exercise for losing fat is whatever exercise burns the most calories (assuming it's not offset by increased food consumption).

The question was to remove fat from a SPECIFIC area ONLY. However, yes, swimming is quite good for a beginner (Those eliptical machines are a great idea too)

> The question was to remove fat from a SPECIFIC area ONLY.
The problem is that it can't be done. All one can do to reduce fat in one area is to reduce fat everywhere.

You say he doesnt want the fat gone from his body but his penis area ? WEll, I would understand that... ( since I like big guys myself...) But I think thats not the case here. Lets just wait for his answer.

i dont think that's entirely true, i would recommend to this person lower abdominal excersizes which would make the stomach area tighter and leaner. Also, an area of greater muscle mass requires to draw more energy.

That is not correct. You can tone up the muscles in an area, but you can't make the fat go away by exercising. The fat cells just stay there. If you gain or lose weight, fat may accumulate or dissipate more quickly in some areas compared to others, but fat only goes away when your body uses more calories than you take in, and the fat is metabolized for energy.

No really, it is actually AGAINST THE PHYSICS OF THE BODY. The process of burning fat is a system-wide function. If you do start reducing your fat stores, the body takes it from which area it believes is best. You cannot force it to reduce fat at a specific area. This is a common myth perpetuated by stupid 'as-seen-on-tv' fad products; and supported by the psychology of the subject.
And actually, there is a reduction in energy consumption for a person who regularly works out. Your cardio/respiratory system becomes more efficient, as do the muscles throughout your body. Your heart rate lowers, breathing slows and becomes deeper, and your metabolism speeds up.(This is during a normal day-to-day life)
Steve, it is possible with lyposuction; but as I had posted; it is a foolish endevour, since the fat comes back.
And CF21; Comming from myself, as a former fat-ass (And still overweight), I can tell you there is no such thing as being 'not too bad'. If you're overweight even just a bit, your penis is the LEAST of your worries. So go ahead and do lots of cardio, then look into weight lifting etc; not only will you lose your weight, you'll feel better, live longer, and you'll have a vast improvement in your sex life.
