is it better to addon weight through each set of your workout, or to have just one set of weight all the way through?for example on bench...is it better to do 100lbs 10 times...then 110 8 times...then 115 5 times...etc.or 120 6 times for 4 sets??thanks for any and all help

that kinda depends on ur aims, if u want endurance low weights high reps, gaining mass is middle weights middle reps and strength is high weights low reps etc and gaining weight in each set etc
