Hi, I'm a 16 year old and I weigh 220 pounds and after a while of being lazy i want to be fit and decrease my weight to maybe 180 or less. I am 6'2 and do not have my drivers lisence so I dont have any access of weights, although i might be able to get my hands on some dumbells.
I would really appreciate if someone could give me some tips for some workouts I could do for abs/arms/cardio etc with little equipment. Right now im just taking jogs around the neighborhood once a day so any advice would help.
