after taking a look at so many different lifting routines, excercises, etc. ive noticed that many people use different amount of wieghts. now...ive read here (through a helmsman article) that one should use incremints and do 10% one set, 20% a second set...and so forth. so how do you tell how much wieght to use when so many people use so many different amounts?
