Hi people, this is my first post.I'm a 13 year old male, about 5ft 6 but I don't have access to any more equipment than a set of vinyl dumbells and an excercise bike. I do alot of sprinting, but that only seems to work the lower thighs - Does anyone have any suggestions for losing fat in general? At the moment I do around 30 mins on excercise bike a day, and every weekend I go jogging 2 miles - I've just gained access to the weights, however, and am not sure just what excercises I should do.Any help would be appreciated for the newbie,Thanks,Tech.

If you don't have access to a gym, I suggest you use what you have. Try doing 1,000 stairs a day. ? have you noticed any results from your exercise bike?
