I'm a tad bit worried. My fiance and I just had sex and the condom broke for the first time ever in our relationship and neither of us are sure if I ejaculated or not because we were so shocked about the condom breaking, but there wasn't really evidence that I did ejaculate. We only have sex for about the 7 days after she's off each period because they say that it is very unlikely that a girl can get pregnant for the first 14 days or so. We always use a condom on top of that. The first time we had sex, which was like almost 2 years ago, was like I think 6 or 7 days days after she was off her period, and we were so scared because we let our urges get past our logic and didn't use any contraception but luckily nothing happened, and since then we have been very careful. Her cycle has been consistently about every 25-30 days, and since we've been together, there hasn't been ones that were really off.So yeah, she was off her period last Thursday on the 24th and we had this mishap on Tuesday the 29th, so about 5 days after her period was over. If supposedly I did ejaculate and all the semen went out and if her period cycle is pretty much every 25-30 days, is there something to be worried about? I mean I realize anything can happen, but is the chance of her becoming pregnant at this point still pretty low? Because I know friends who don't use condoms at all and just have sex for the first 10-14 days, and they haven't gotten anyone pregnant. I don't know, my fiance and I are both very worried. We are going to get married soon and we were obviously planning on having kids, but not for like at least half a year because we are seniors in college still until the fall semester.

Time of the month

The least likely time for pregnancy to occur is day one to seven of the woman's cycle (day 1 is the first day of menstrual bleeding). On average the egg is released around the 14th day. However, sperm cells can remain viable for about 2 days after being ejaculated into her body. Therefore days 12 through the 16 are the most likely for pregnancy to occur.
Since you had sex on day 5, you probably are OK.
Beware, however, that ovulation time can vary. The 14th day is not absolute. Your friends' luck could run out. -
This would be the perfect instance to use the morning after pill, when something like this happens, even though the chance of pregnancy is probably low. You still have time for that if the two of you want to consider it today or tomorrow.

Then she was checking all these early pregnancy signs, and tried to compare them to herself and she was being very unreasonable. She was telling me how she thought she was ovulating early and such, but I'm pretty sure she is just being really paranoid at the moment. I know, don't look at me, but I'm not the type of argue about that kind of stuff.

Well good luck Evan. I hope everything works out ok. I'm wondering though for the future; would she consider getting on some kind of birth control in addition to using condoms (like the pill)?. It just might give you both some more peace of mind which is always a good thing to have.

I sincerely doubt that she would be experiencing any early pregnancy signs after 1-2 days. A pregnanct test this soon would probably not provide accurate results, so there really isn't anything you can do to convince her otherwise. I guess you've just gong to have to wait this one out.
Be aware, though, that things such as anxiety can delay a normal menstrual period. The best thing you can do is try to keep her calm. Good luck! -
because she has already put in her mind dat she is prgnant she is seein all these signs, her mind is playin tricks on her, tell her to relax and take the M.A.P,everything will be ok good luck
