I've gotten to where I look fairly skinny/toned standing up straight and stuff, my arms and legs and even abs are looking fairly toned.But when I bend over a bit, I can still see how fat I still really am. because it's like my fat behind my abs and shit will pop out if that makes any sense.I've tried pretty much everything, diets portioning food, cutting out stuff, none of it seems to be working.I tried different ways of exercising, more less so on and so forth. Nowadays I do 200+ push ups and try to do 30mins+ on the exercise bike, lift weights etc, daily as long as my stamina is there otherwise I rest a day or two.But it's like I've pushed my muscle out through the fat or something I don't know it's weird, is there something I'm missing that should be obvious or something
