Hey, i recently decided to start working out, so basically i am doing, Skipping 10 mins a day, Swimming 30mins-1hr, something similiar to a trendmill for 10 mins, simple weight lifting, and situps. I was wondering how long it will take to see results? And is there anything else i could do to improve the way i workout? IM not over weight at all, im around 5'5 and 114lbs ( 13 y/o ). I want a 6 pack btw..lol
Good luck on getting a 6 pack! To get one it took me probably 1000 crunches and sit ups a day for 4 months.

What's the difference between a crunch and a situp? I thought it was the same thing...

I dont care how many sit-ups or crunches you do you'll never see your abs unless you get your body levels low enough. IN order to do this you must diet. Whether you're losing weight or trying to gain the diet is always the center of it! You only see resullts depending on your diet. If your not eating enough & overtraining your muscles will actually SHRINK even with you lifting. Do some research. Diet is the key.
