i was a size 6 and now after havin 2 kids i'm a size 10 i know its not much but it is to me i liked being a lil size and now i'm feel FAT how can i lose the weight?

i tryed that it did nothing i walk in the morning and again at night i go to the gym every second day and yet i'm still getting no where

Do you drink the dressing or something? But not a vegitarians are thin. I wonder if it could do with the very little protein associated with those foods? BTW you should take supplements if you don't eat chicken, meat or fish!

If you have a proper diet & exercise program YOU WILL LOSE BODY FAT. If you didn't lose weight then you're not doing something right.DO cardio for at least 40 minutes every morning before breakfast. Keep your diet around 1500 cals and make sure everything you eat is healthy. Don't "overdose" on fruits when you're dieting because most fruits contain sugars. Eat very little sugar, very little carbs, and NO SATURATED fats. This means no fried foods! Take something w/ caffeine to help speed up your metabolism - NOT COKE! Drink a gallon of water a day. You could get your caffeine from Stacker 2 or UNSWEET tea...Now if you cant lose weight doing that, then I dont know what to say.

I just realized you said you walked.... unless your "speedwalkin" for 2 hours at a time that's not really doing much for you. It's better than sittin on the couch, but if you really tryin to lose weight that's not gonna cut it. RUN.
