I had a baby 7 1/2 months ago and it is time for me to lose all of this weight I gained. I am going to get an exersize bike next weekend. I would get a regular bike but I don't like the neighborhood I live it ( time to move, I know ). I guess my question is, will I lose weight if I use the bike for like 45 minutes a day and drink a lot of water. I had trouble losing weight before and started taking these ephedra pills and they helped a lot, but now the US has banned ephedra so I can't take them again. Please help. I'm sick of being a fat ass.
Yeah doing cardio is just as good as riding a bike. Your diet is going to play a big role also. You need to eat about 5 very small meals, and eat healthy. Start out doing 3 days of cardio 45 minutes each day. Then work your way up to 6 times a week when you can. Also, try to do your cardio before you eat breakfast because you'll burn more fat that way. Try to get in most of your carbs earlier in the morning & afternoon. Cut out sweets & drink lots of water. I dont see any reason why you shouldnt lose weight...

What kind of weight training? I don't have time to go to the gym so that is out. Thanks for the advice.
