To get in really good shape, it's good to do cardio 6 days a week, one day for rest (maybe sunday, if it was good enough for God it's good enough for you right? ) and do weight lifting 3 times a week. I prefer Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Got no money? Make your own weights. Besides, last time I looked dumbells were like $1 a pound, buy one get one free. Swimming would be a good idea too if you have a local indoor swimming pool.

10 minutes is a good start for your cardio. However, be aware that the better shape you put yourself in the more 10 mintues will be nothing for you to do. You'll need to increase the length and/or the intesity of your cardio to continue getting results or you will hit a plateau.Since you're just beginning (I believe), 3 days a week for you right now is good. You don't want to over do itand burn yourself out. When I was just beginning I ran 3 days a week and lifted 3 days a week and I increased the difficulty and length of my workouts as I progressed. My routine now is a 4 day split routine with weights and I run 7 days a week. I also vary my workouts every 6 weeks so my body doesn't get used to the same activity and stop responding to the training. Here is an example of one that I do:Day 1 & 3ChestShouldersTricepsDay 2 & 4ThighsBackBicepsCalvesThe abs and buttocks are in there as well but I work them every other day. Instead of working them with my weight routine, I use my cardio routine. I'm up to about 300 crunches right now. I'm pushing 500.In six weeks though, I will change my the weight exercises that I do. And instead of running I'll be take step aerobics at my local gym. There are various other kinds of cardio too. Stair stepping (I mean go somewhere where there are a ton of stairs and hop to it), running, etc. You can even come up with your own aerobic workout.

How do i get my arms to tighten up ( they have a little since i lost a little weight ) .. But like i want my veins to stick out a bit... and want them tight. Lots of reps with a little weight? or ?

You guessed right. If you use light weight and do a lot of curls in each rep, you're muscles will tend to show more. At the same time, it hurts more when you do it, but it's sweet after it starts to show.

What is a good light weight? Like 5lbs? or 25lbs? or?? 5.. I dont feel it really at all ( is it still working? or ?? ) and 25lbs i can feel it

well, when I was 13 I was doing preacher curls with 20 lbs and it hurt me real good. It depends on your strength really. Whatever makes you start to hurt after about 10 curls is probably where you need to stick. But if it hurts at 10, do 20.
